The XAVIS XSCAN 7000 battery X-ray inspection family provides offline configurations for battery inspection. The range includes 7100CP and 7130CP equipment for cylindrical and prismatic applications, together with a separately listed 7600 configuration for prismatic and pouch cells.
The 7100CP and 7130CP listings describe semi-automatic loading and unloading. Automatic judgement is an option and should be included explicitly in the requested configuration when required.
The supplier’s offline-range material also shows the 7600 for prismatic and pouch cells. Its detailed inspection capability should be confirmed for the application rather than inferred from the 7100CP or 7130CP specification.
Provide the cell format, dimensions, required inspection region and acceptance criteria. Include the expected sample volume and whether operator review or automatic judgement is required, so that the offline workflow can be assessed alongside the imaging configuration.
Review representative samples and agree the required result before selection. Confirm current equipment drawings and utilities for the nominated configuration; the different source ratings alone do not establish equivalent inspection performance.
