Sir Safety firefighting helmets meet EN 443:2008 for structural firefighting — high-temperature shell, integrated face shield and neck protection, and flame-retardant inner harness. Supplied to Australian and New Zealand emergency services and industrial fire response teams by ProfTek.

Firefighting helmets are an investment item with a 10-year service life when properly maintained. ProfTek can provide test certificates for tender documentation, replacement parts (visors, capes, harnesses), and bulk pricing for fleet-level orders. For non-structural industrial fire response (where heat exposure is lower) a standard EN 397 helmet with face shield may be appropriate — our team can advise.
