Portable gas detectors from the Sir Safety + BW/Honeywell range cover single-gas (H2S, CO, O2, SO2) and 4/5-gas (LEL, O2, CO, H2S + optional 5th) confined-space and industrial monitoring. Supplied across Australia and New Zealand with replacement sensors, calibration gas, and carrying cases.

Compliance & Bump Test Cycles

Confined-space entry under AS/NZS 2865 requires gas detection. The detector itself must be bump-tested with calibration gas before each use and calibrated periodically (typically 6 months). ProfTek supplies calibration gas (34 L multigas tanks), sensor replacement parts, and full BW IntelliDoX docking station accessories. Recurring sensor replacement on annual cycles can be added to a standing-order schedule.
