Safety Helmets

Sir Safety industrial safety helmets protect against falling-object impact and lateral hazards across construction, manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure. EN 397 certified ABS and polyethylene shells with textile or plastic harness systems — supplied across Australia and New Zealand by ProfTek.

Helmet Service Life & Replacement

EN 397 helmets have a maximum service life of 3–5 years from first issue, regardless of visible damage, due to UV degradation of the shell. Any helmet that has taken an impact must be retired immediately. ProfTek can supply replacement helmets in bulk with company branding and individual issue dates for traceability. For roles requiring face shield or ear muff integration, helmet-mounted accessories from the Helmet Accessories category clip directly into Sir Safety helmet slots.
