METER MIX PasteFlow 200 uses electric gear pumps to meter high-viscosity two-component materials for continuous bonding and sealing. A 200 L major-component supply supports bulk feeding, with the second supply chosen to suit the material ratio and container arrangement.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, methacrylate, polysulphide for processing, with applications including bonding and sealing, sealant dispensing. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
The 200G combines two 200 L supplies, while the 200G20 pairs a 200 L supply with a 20 L supply. Both are floor-mounted configurations; choosing between them starts with how the two materials are supplied and consumed.
