METER MIX PasteFlow 20 combines follower-plate feeding from paired 20 L containers with gear-pump metering for two-component pastes. It is intended for continuous bonding and sealing beads where the material feed arrangement is as important as the dispensing head.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, methacrylate, polysulphide for processing, with applications including bonding and sealing, sealant dispensing. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
The system can be considered for manual dispensing or integration with an XYZ applicator. Its published ratio capability depends on the selected pumps, and its flow capability depends on material viscosity.
