METER MIX PasteShot 20 uses piston pumps to deliver metered shots from 20 L material containers. Applications include direct dispensing and cartridge or syringe filling, with two-component and single-component versions available within the same family.
The manufacturer lists methacrylate, silicone, epoxy, polyurethane for processing, with applications including bonding and sealing, cartridge/syringe filling. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
For two-component materials, the 20A combines a 20 L supply with a tank; the 20C and electric-drive 20CE use paired 20 L supplies. The 20F is a pneumatic single-component system and does not meter or mix a second component.
The mix-ratio, mixed-shot and mixing-system details below apply to the two-component configurations only. They do not describe the F single-component version.

Start by stating whether the process is 1K or 2K. For a 2K enquiry, include the volumetric mix ratio and required mixed-shot volume. For 1K, provide the single-material dose and filling or application cycle instead.
