XAVIS conveyor checkweighers cover lightweight, heavyweight and high-speed products, with additional weighing and sorting arrangements available within the CWF590 range.
The lightweight range lists capacities of 200 g, 600 g, 1200 g and 3000 g. Corresponding published maximum rates are 300, 300, 220 and 110 products per minute. Supplier features include a 10.4-inch display, touch control and USB backup.
The heavyweight range lists capacities of 18, 30 and 60 kg, with corresponding maximum rates of 50, 40 and 30 products per minute. These are configuration ratings; usable throughput depends on the product and handling conditions.
CWF590W, CWF590LW and CWF590WR options cover lightweight, heavyweight, multi-lane, multi-stage, ring-belt-down and stationary-weighing applications. The stationary-weighing sheet lists upper weighing ranges of 20, 30, 40 and 50 kg, with a maximum of 15 products per minute.
The high-speed configuration has a published range of 1.5–700 g and a maximum of 300 products per minute. Product stability, spacing and conveyor conditions must be considered alongside the headline rating.
Provide the minimum and maximum pack weight, pack dimensions, target line rate and required sorting or reject arrangement. Agree the required weighing performance for representative products rather than assuming the same accuracy or rate across every configuration.
