The XAVIS FSCAN-2080 family includes PHE side/oblique X-ray inspection and a distinct PHY three-direction configuration. These arrangements address different viewing requirements and should be compared as separate configurations within the family.
The PHE is offered with and without a conveyor. The supplier lists an 80 kV / 100 W generator, a 100 mm width and a maximum speed of 80 m/min. The conveyor arrangement should be specified explicitly when reviewing line integration.
The PHY uses a three-direction inspection arrangement. Its listing specifies 80 kV / 100 W and a maximum speed of 100 m/min. These values apply to the PHY configuration and should not be transferred to the PHE.
Supplier pharmaceutical material identifies eye-drop inner-cap and fill-level inspection, together with glass and metal contamination inspection in vials. These are application examples rather than a guarantee of suitability for every container or formulation.
Provide container material, dimensions, closure design, fill level, formulation and the inspection objective. The required viewing directions and conveyor arrangement should be assessed using representative containers. Confirm the selected configuration and operating conditions before relying on a published maximum speed.
