The XAVIS FSCAN-2500 family targets cans, glass bottles and PET containers. The 2500PHE uses side/oblique inspection, while the 2500PHX provides a two-direction arrangement. Both list a 120 kV / 480 W generator, with conveyor and speed specifications that differ by model.
Container shape, base geometry, closure, fill material and inspection target should guide the choice of viewing arrangement. Include these details and the required line speed in an enquiry. Optional speed ratings need to be confirmed for the chosen configuration, and representative containers should be used to assess the inspection requirement.
Agree the test containers and acceptance criteria before reviewing images. Confirm the selected conveyor format, product spacing and line interface for the nominated model. The published maximum speed should not be treated as a universal detection or production guarantee.
