High-temperature cabinet selection starts with the material’s curing or conditioning requirements. MP Elektronik’s T140 is designed for PCB conformal coating applications and offers adjustable heating up to 140°C.
MP Dry Cabinet T140 High Temperature lists a 260 L chamber, programmable temperature profile, electric exhaust flap and timer-controlled electromagnetic door lock. RFID access and MPDRY5 drying are options, rather than universal standard features.
ST and LT dry cabinets focus on humidity-controlled storage. T05 cooling cabinets address refrigerated storage. These purposes should be distinguished from a coating cure process; the cabinet name alone does not confirm suitability.
Provide the coating or material data sheet, required time and temperature, loading arrangement, ventilation needs and acceptance criteria. Confirm operating limits, uniformity evidence and any access or drying options for the proposed build. No coating compatibility or process compliance is assumed from the maximum temperature alone.
