The MP Dry Cabinet T140 High Temperature series is designed for the baking and desiccant regeneration of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. Operating up to 140°C with ±3°C uniformity and programmable cycle control, the T140 delivers a reliable, process-controlled environment to eliminate absorbed moisture from SMD components and PCBs prior to reflow — safeguarding product quality and yield.
The MP Dry Cabinet T140 High Temperature series is engineered for the desiccant regeneration and baking of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) in accordance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 bake requirements. Operating at temperatures up to 140°C, the T140 provides a controlled, uniform heat environment that eliminates absorbed moisture from components, PCBs, and SMD packages prior to reflow soldering.
The T140 features a high-stability heating element with forced air circulation for ±3°C temperature uniformity across the entire working volume. An intuitive digital controller with programmable bake cycles, timer functions, and over-temperature protection ensures repeatable, process-controlled results. The 304 stainless steel interior and perforated shelving withstand continuous high-temperature operation in production environments.
Available in bench-top and floor-standing configurations, the T140 series integrates seamlessly into SMT production lines and rework stations. Connectivity options for process data logging and factory automation are available as accessories.
