For small resin deposits and controlled beads, the dispensing head, pump displacement and mixer need to work together. METER MIX LiquidFlow 2 provides a progressive-cavity route for polyurethane, epoxy and silicone applications where the dispensing assembly needs to fit on a bench or robot.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, silicone for processing, with applications including bonding and sealing, electronic potting. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
The standard arrangement uses 600 mL cartridge feed, a touchscreen interface and a recipe function for ratios, flow rates and shot sizes. Optional reservoirs, material heating and bulk-feed equipment can be discussed where cartridge supply does not suit the process.
