METER MIX LiquidShot 2 is designed around discrete, small-volume deposits rather than a continuous-flow production task. Rod-displacement pumps meter the components at a fixed ratio, making pump selection an important part of matching the equipment to the resin formulation.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, methacrylate, silicone for processing, with applications including electronic potting, bonding and sealing. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
The 2P uses a pneumatic drive and the 2E an electric drive. The compact dispensing assembly can be considered for a bench station or robot integration, with 600 mL cartridges providing the published standard material-feed arrangement.

Send the required mixed-shot volume and the ratio basis, including whether the material specification states ratio by weight or volume. The published shot range is at a 1:1 volumetric ratio and should not be applied unchanged to every formulation.
