METER MIX LiquidFlow 30 brings continuous gear-pump metering to a benchtop dispensing station. It is a useful starting point for bonding, electronic potting and reaction injection moulding when the application needs controlled resin delivery without beginning with a floor-mounted platform.

Choose between the compact 30A and modular 30M configuration. Recipe control is standard on the 30M and optional on the 30A; heating, agitation and vacuum degassing are among the available options, rather than assumed inclusions.

Provide the material viscosity at the processing temperature, mix ratio and required dispense rate. Pump selection governs the ratio range, while viscosity and pump size affect flow. If bulk feeding or material conditioning is needed, include that in the initial configuration discussion.
