METER MIX LiquidFlow 40 is intended for liquid resin processing where a floor-mounted layout and larger material reservoirs suit the production station. Gear-pump metering supports controlled delivery for potting and encapsulation using polyurethane, epoxy or silicone.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, silicone for processing, with applications including electronic potting, reaction injection moulding, bonding and sealing, casting, led lighting. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
The standard controls include a touchscreen interface with variable-ratio adjustment and adjustable flow. Heating, agitation, vacuum degassing and material recirculation are optional equipment choices that should be assessed against the resin rather than specified by default.

For a meaningful comparison with a benchtop system, consider refill frequency, available floor space and access for maintenance alongside the required flow. Higher-viscosity processing needs configuration confirmation; a material name alone is not enough to establish suitability.
