METER MIX LiquidFlow 50 uses gear-pump metering for production tasks that need a higher continuous output. Independently driven pumps allow the ratio to be adjusted through the operator interface, with manual dispensing or integration into a semi-automatic or automatic process considered at the application stage.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, silicone for processing, with applications including electronic potting, bonding and sealing, reaction injection moulding, casting, filter manufacturing.
