METER MIX LiquidShot 5 provides a floor-mounted piston-pump platform for larger two-component resin shots. It is intended for potting, bonding and casting work where the production task calls for a defined volume per dispense rather than only a continuous bead.
The manufacturer lists polyurethane, epoxy, silicone for processing, with applications including electronic potting, casting, reaction injection moulding, bonding and sealing, filter manufacturing. Suitability for a specific formulation requires a review of its technical data and processing conditions.
The published reservoir arrangement uses 30 L stainless-steel tanks with silica-gel moisture protection. Disposable static or rotary/static mixing is listed, with the mixing arrangement selected around the material and application.

Include the largest cavity or deposit, expected shot frequency and resin pot life in an enquiry. Larger shots can change the demands on material supply and mixing, so the final setup should be checked against the complete production cycle.
