The listed 50 L configurations have nominal tank dimensions of 600 × 300 × 300 mm. These are tank dimensions, not guaranteed usable basket clearance. Provide your largest component dimensions so the basket space and loading arrangement can be confirmed.
28 kHz or 40 kHz can be specified when ordering. These are alternative frequency selections; do not assume both are switchable on the same machine. Discuss your component material, contamination and required cleaning result with ProfTek when selecting the configuration.
The standard welded-tank configuration includes degassing and adjustable ultrasonic power. The equipment pictured shows the temperature and timer controls, degassing control and power-adjustment knob. Confirm the exact control functions for your selected build in the quotation.
A 50 L configuration with filtration and a separate oil-separation tank is available for enquiry. The pictured system includes a circulation pump, filter housing and oil-separation tank. Specify the contamination and cleaning fluid so the appropriate arrangement can be assessed for your process.
Filter medium, filtration rating, circulation flow, fluid compatibility and maintenance requirements are confirmed for the selected system. The separation method and expected performance are confirmed against your process; no universal oil-removal result is assumed.
