Set the material pressure for a grease or oil dispensing process with a METER MIX material pressure regulator. Installed between the feed and dispensing stages, the regulator reduces supply pressure to the required working level and compensates for pulsation from piston-pump changeover.
This family is intended for single-component lubrication systems. It controls material pressure rather than the ratio of two materials, and it is not a substitute for a metering valve when the process requires a defined shot volume.
| Specification | 1002817 | 1002819 |
|---|---|---|
| Material input pressure | 20–250 bar | 20–250 bar |
| Material output pressure | 6–50 bar | 6–50 bar |
| Maximum pressure | 250 bar | 250 bar |
| Internal diameter | 4 mm | 8 mm |
Published manufacturer specifications are shown for the listed models. Confirm the selected configuration and compatibility with the actual lubricant before ordering.
Download the METER MIX lubrication products brochure (PDF) for the manufacturer’s component specifications.
Share the lubricant data sheet, viscosity at working temperature, pump output pressure, required regulated pressure and flow demand. Flow capability must be confirmed for the selected model and actual operating conditions; bore size alone is not a flow specification.
